As the Promotions Coordinator for Cox Radio, Inc. I engineer and oversee remote location promotions for two of our radio stations, Mix103 and K95. I am responsible for the station appearance during the remote broadcast. I ensure the assembling and disassembling of all promotions and sound equipment needed for the event. I perform sound checks using the Comrex. I also work closely with clients during the broadcasts and appearance to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. In addition, I have designed websites for Mix103 reaching out to our clients and fan-base.

As the People Manager, I was involved with everything employee and customer-related, from making weekly schedules, recruiting, interviewing, conducting orientation and the hiring process. One of my important tasks was to ensure new hires for Abercrombie and Fitch, by doing so I averaged six to seven recruits per week, and in turn three to four becoming hired weekly. My responsibilities also ranged to managing the multimillion-dollar business. During business hours, I tracked hourly sales and ensured that we were conducting business as efficiently as possible.

At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I quickly learned how to be part of team in managing and deploying a fleet of 250 vehicles in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible. By doing so, I learned how to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, vendors and co-workers. I learned sales techniques by selling Enterprise's damage waiver. As part of my internship, I prepared a twenty minute presentation in which I presented to the regional, district and branch managers.
